Privacy Policy
This policy describes information handled for Dresscraft and its support pages. Dresscraft uses local storage and a developer-operated cloud service hosted by Amazon Web Services. Cloud information is associated with a guest or linked player profile.
Information used to provide the game
- Identifiers and authentication: randomly generated guest, device, and player identifiers, session records, and authentication credentials. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we use Apple's account identifier and authorization credentials to link and recover your profile. If you choose Sign in with Google (on Android), we use Google's account identifier for the same purpose; the sign-in token Google issues also contains the account's email address and basic profile, which we check but do not store. We do not receive your Apple or Google password, and we do not request your name or email through the sign-in flow.
- Game progress and creations: chapter and commission progress, scores, in-game coins and inventory, fictional-client measurements and friendships, settings, and versioned garment recipes. Your creations' in-game album images and thumbnails are stored with your cloud profile.
- Purchases: product identifiers, store transaction identifiers, signed transaction information, purchase environment, entitlement status, and refund or revocation status. These records verify and restore the content you own and help prevent fraud. Apple processes payments on iPhone and iPad (where purchases are offered on Android, Google Play does); we do not receive your payment-card or banking details.
- Service activity: app version, session starts and activity times, and connection/security records needed to operate, maintain, and understand use of the service. Network requests expose an IP address to the hosting service and web server.
- Feedback you send from the game: the text you write in Settings → Send feedback (or when a test build asks what you thought), together with the app version, device model, operating-system version, and how far you are in the game, and our reply to it, which you read in the game. Both are stored with your player profile so we can understand the problem and answer you, and are deleted when you delete your account. Please do not include personal information in a note.
- Invitations: when an invitation code is used, we record which player profile invited which, so that event gifts can be delivered, and this record is deleted when either account is deleted.
- Support: information you choose to provide in support correspondence, such as your email address, issue description, and device or app version.
Optional detailed analytics
Optional detailed analytics is off by default. If you enable it, the service records events such as screens visited, commissions started or completed, Studio activity, purchase and restore attempts, synchronization errors, and their times. These events use a pseudonymous player and session identifier and can be associated with your profile. They help us understand and improve the game and service.
Turning optional analytics off stops further optional event collection and clears the profile's optional event history. Refusing optional analytics does not change gameplay, prices, rewards, or cloud-save availability. Essential account, cloud-save, purchase-verification, and basic service-session records are still processed to provide and operate the service.
Who can access the information
Profile saves and creation images are private to the account and authorized service administration. There is no public gallery, player messaging, or social feed in this release.
We share information only with these service providers, and only what each needs for the purpose listed:
- Amazon Web Services hosts the developer-operated service, its database, creation images, and backups.
- Apple provides Sign in with Apple and processes and verifies App Store purchases.
- Google provides Sign in with Google on Android, and hosts the support email inbox.
Each of these third parties provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy, under its own privacy and data-protection terms. Optional analytics is recorded by our own service and is not sent to any analytics company. We do not sell personal information, share it with data brokers, or use it for cross-app advertising. This release contains no advertisements and does not request advertising tracking permission.
Retention and deletion
Active profiles, cloud progress, creations, and images are kept while the account exists. Recent save versions are retained to help recover from errors. Optional detailed event records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; withdrawing consent clears the associated optional history sooner.
Account deletion removes the active cloud profile, linked sign-in credentials, saves, creations, images, and associated activity. Limited store transaction or refund records may remain without an active profile association where needed to maintain purchase and refund integrity or meet legal obligations. Apple keeps its own transaction records under Apple's policies. Backup copies expire through the normal rotation, up to 30 days, rather than being rewritten immediately. Security logs and support correspondence are retained only as needed for service protection and resolving requests.
Your privacy choices
Use Settings → Account & cloud save to change optional analytics, sign out, or delete your account. Contact hefangzhang.ok@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or ask about other privacy rights available where you live. We may need to verify control of your profile before fulfilling a request. Do not send a password, verification code, or sign-in token.
Children and game content
Dresscraft is a creative game for a general audience and is not submitted in Apple's Kids Category or Google Play's Families programme. The game does not request a player's date of birth, real-world body measurements, or personal photos. Measurements in the game belong to fictional clients; creation images depict in-game garments. A parent or guardian with concerns about a child's information can contact us for assistance.
Support website
These support pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Ordinary web-server request and security logs may include IP addresses and requested pages.
Changes
We will update this policy and its effective date when the game's information practices change. Significant changes will be communicated as appropriate.
