To ask for help, report a problem or share an idea, open Settings in the game and choose “Send feedback”. Your note reaches us directly, with your app version and device, and our answer comes back in the game as a letter on the front desk wall. This is also the way to ask about purchases, restoring, or your data. If you can't open the game (for example, after removing it), email hefangzhang.ok@gmail.com with your Player ID if you have it (shown in Settings → Account & cloud save), your device model and iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or Apple sign-in tokens.

Getting started

On first launch, choose “Play as guest” to start right away, or “Sign in with Apple” (“Sign in with Google” on Android) to keep your progress with your account. There is no account to register: a guest profile is created automatically, and you can sign in later from Settings → Account & cloud save. Then tap the bell at the shop's front desk to begin a client's commission.

Free commissions and the Rosemere unlock

Chapter 1, the first 8 story commissions, is free. “Unlock Rosemere” is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase for the remaining Rosemere story chapters and the personal Studio, which opens once chapter 1 is finished. To buy it at any time, tap the “FREE” tag at the front desk, or open Settings and choose Unlock under Full game. Coins used to buy cloth and decorations are earned in the game and have no cash value.

Restore a purchase

Open Settings and choose “Restore purchase” under Full game, or use the restore button on the unlock screen. Connect to the internet and use the Apple App Store account that made the purchase. A restored purchase unlocks the purchased content; recovering your story progress also requires access to your cloud-save profile. Apple handles billing and refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cloud saves and moving to another device

Open Settings → Account & cloud save. Optional “Sign in with Apple” links your profile so you can recover its progress on another device. “Sync now” requests a save update. If your local and cloud progress differ, review the available progress before choosing which to continue. Removing the app or its local data can remove access to an unlinked guest profile.

Playing offline

Your progress is also saved locally. Cloud synchronization, Apple sign-in, purchasing, and purchase restoration require an internet connection. When the service cannot be reached, cloud changes wait until a connection is available.

Optional analytics

Optional detailed analytics is off by default. Use Settings → Account & cloud save to turn it on or off. Turning it off stops further optional event collection and clears the associated optional event history. Cloud-save and account services keep working when optional analytics is off.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Account & cloud save → Delete account and confirm. This removes the active cloud profile, progress, works, images, associated activity, and linked sign-in credentials. Deleting an account does not cancel, refund, or delete an App Store purchase. Limited store transaction records and rotating backup copies may remain as explained in the privacy policy. You can also contact hefangzhang.ok@gmail.com for help after verifying ownership of the profile.
